Appearance
Preview Annual Financial Statements (Cloud)
What it is: A read-only view of the fully laid-out Annual Financial Statements, showing exactly how the document will look when printed or saved as a PDF.
What it's for
Before printing or saving the final AFS, practitioners use the Preview to check the document's appearance — page breaks, headers and footers, page numbers, and overall layout. The Preview is also where print settings (watermarks, cover pages, PDF attachments) take effect, and where the Index page numbers are generated.
How to do it
Previewing the Entire AFS
- Open the Annual Financial Statements.
- Go to the Format tab and select Preview. The full set of active sheets is rendered as a print-ready document.
- Use the Bookmarks panel to jump quickly to any section.
- To exit Preview, click the X button.
Previewing a Single Sheet
- Navigate to the sheet you want to check.
- Go to the Format tab and select Preview Sheet. Only the currently active sheet is rendered.
